This system includes manual operation of labor-saving handling hoist, high-precision material turntable, fully automatic PICKUP grab, fully automatic PICKUP car and supporting automation system.�
Operation Process
- The operator starts the manual spreader on the left and right side of the station respectively, and grabs the corresponding side wall assembly from the incoming material shelf.
- After grabbing the side girth assembly in place, turn it 90 degrees so that it changes from vertical to horizontal posture.
- The side wall assembly of the horizontal attitude is placed in the corresponding high-precision material turntable.
- With the help of professional guiding mechanisms and sensors, the side assembly is quickly and accurately placed in place.
- The worker exits the workspace and taps the button to activate the automatic mode for the area.
- The fully automated PICKUP truck starts and enters the pickup area.
- Fully automatic PICKUP grabbers reach down to pick up materials.
- With the help of professional guiding mechanism and sensor, the system can accurately calculate the state of the grasping side assembly, if the calculation result is OK, the workpiece is successfully grabbed.
- The side girth workpiece is lifted.
- The fully automated PICKUP truck starts up again and runs to the delivery area.
- Once inside the robot’s work island, the fully automated PICKUP grippers reach down and drop off materials.
- With the help of professional steering mechanisms and sensors, as well as communication interactions with industrial robots, the side assembly is quickly and accurately placed in place.
- After the completion of the discharging task, the fully automatic PICKUP grab is withdrawn, the fully automatic PICKUP car starts again, enters the waiting area, and waits for the next operation cycle.
